We at Blinds.co.uk are often asked about the service that we provide our range of products we supply and our advice on how to fit blinds correctly. Please see below for some of our most frequently asked questions, we hope that they are of some help.
Do you sell blackout blinds?
Yes, we have a wide variety of blackout blinds that we provide all made to measure to suit tour requirements. We offer Roller, Verticals, Velux and Roman blinds, all of which are great for cutting out light.

Do you supply screws, brackets and wall plugs for fitting the blinds?
We Supply brackets and standard screws with all of our blinds, unfortunately we do not supply wall plugs. But please do bare in mind that you may require a different type and length of screw depending on the material you are attaching the blind to (ie. wood, concrete, metal, drywall etc). We recommend you obtain your screws and plugs from reputable DIY stores.
How do I decide what size of blind I need?

Will the colour samples on the web site match my blind when it arrives?
We try wherever possible to get the colour match and texture of the blind correct however monitors vary in colour and so we can not guarantee the colour on your screen will be the same as the blind you order.
We recommend that you order a free sample from us, this way you can guarantee the colour you order is to your satisfaction.
How are my blinds delivered?
All our blinds are delivered by courier. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details.
Can you deliver my blinds to a different address?
Yes when you place your order you will be asked to advise the delivery address. This can be your own address or a different address.
How long will it take for my blinds to arrive?
We estimate your blinds will be delivered within 2 working weeks. However on the rare occasion there may be unforeseen circumstances, which could result in a small delay.
Can I return my blinds after I have ordered them?
All blinds are made to your individual specifications and therefore once an order has been place you can not returned unless there is a fault within the blind.
What if my blind doesn’t fit?
If you have ordered more than one blind in the same fabric or slat colour check that you are fitting the correct blind in the correct window. If your blind still does not fit email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss how we can help you.
Will my blind be the same colour as my sample?
All our blinds are made from the same stock so your sample will match your chosen blind; please remember the wood blinds are a natural product so there may be a slight variation in the colour.
